Shelving and Racking Systems
The secret to a well organized storage system is in the storage structure adopted. Very often, the traditional shelf is not sufficient to meet the quantities and dimension of the article to store and still the use of pallet racking is excessive. For this situation we offer a new concept of shelving designed in futuristic technology in every particular, allowing a "made to measure" storage system. In fact our profile is unique in its kind, rendering it particularly resistant. Thanks to the beams' steel texture and design, attention is directed to where weight pressures most, avoiding useless waste of material along the neutral axis. The unique end result is a profile offering a remarkable weight capacity in contrast to the light weight of the beam. A system with high weight capacity, but at the same time easy to assemble and highly cost effective. Moreover, thanks to the material and technology used in production, it offers great versatility. While the traditional loading bay hardly exceeds 1 meter in length, this product can be supplied in several dimensions from 900 mm, increased by 300mm, to a maximum of 2100 mm. Depth of the loading bay also varies from 300 mm to 1200 mm. These features are complimented by the fact that the structure is made from completely hot-dipped galvanized steel, guaranteeing maximum protection against corrosive agent, and also rendering it ideal for humid and cold environments such as cold rooms. Our system can also be completed with several accessories, changing its use from exhaust pipe storage, to clothes hanger, to a versatile bin system with vertical separators. If needed, side frames can also be supplied covered.
Elimination of the welding between beam and connector: now a single piece. Widening of the vertical section of the point of junction between beam and upright, thanks to flattening at that point, in order to increase the angle the thrust line and load-bearing axis. Narrowing of the horizontal section at the point of the junction with the upright. This allows to reduce the tendency of the beams to rotate to one side due to the concentration of the pressure on their internal side, brought to bear by the weight of the pallets.
Greater static resistance, thanks to increased sturdiness. Greater dynamic resistance to shocks during the handling phase. No sharp corners. Purple coloring, easily visible and differentiated from the other conventional signaling colors in use (red=hot water or overheated steam, yellow= gas, etc.). The uprights feature an exclusive ground-anchor system, with stops on the feet, for guaranteeing stronger anchorage for increased safety in seismic conditions. Z200 zinc-plated upright for a protection with respect to market standard (normally Z100). The excellent zinc transfer effect thus obtained provides increased protection even on the contact edges of the parts.
Elimination of the welding thanks to the innovative press work production process. Reduction of the height of the beams with unaltered load capacity and performance features. Better exploitation of space during transport. The side frames can be broken down for shipping and the cross pieces and the braces assenbled at destination. Thi permits increased economy of space and therefore of shipping costs with the respect od traditional system, which requires shipping the end frames with the cross pieces and the braces already assembled. Grater overall system adaptability thanks to fact that beam connection requires only 50 mm.
